twelfth do you know or believe that the said Jn Hunwick the elder was for many years last before his decease (torn) poor and much indebted and unable to redeem the said lands which were by him mortgaged was the (torn) much obliged and engaged to pay for the said Jn Hunwick the elder several sums of money (torn) both before and after the decease of the said Jn Hunwick the elder he the complainant was forced to absent (torn) from his habitation in Earls Colne aforesaid and Halstead in the said county if so how long did the said complainant for that reason so absent (torn) himself declare your belief and knowledge therein and what causeth you to know or believe the same
