to the sixth interrogatory this deponent saith that he knoweth the complainant and that he hath lived in Earls Colne this twenty years near to the parish of White Colne within a quarter of a mile of the lands in question and that he never knew him in prison or any known want or that he ever made any claim to the lands in question to his knowledge and further he cannot depose
