to the third interrogatory this deponent saith that he knew Simon Ive and Wm Hunwick and that he was well acquainted with the handwriting of him the said Simon and that the name of the said Simon Ive subscribed to certain articles and a bond thereto to him shown he knoweth to be in the handwriting of the said Simon Ive and this deponent saith that (rest worn out)
