to the third interrogatory this deponent saith that he did know Wm Gatward late of Nayland in the county of Suffolk scrivener deceased and that he this deponent was well acquainted with the handwriting of the said Wm Gatward and that the deed bearing date 3.10.2Chas1 is all of the proper handwriting of the said Wm Gatward as this deponent verily believeth and that the name of the said Wm Gatward is endorsed on the backside of the same deed is the proper handwriting of him the said Wm as this deponent also verily believeth and this deponent is the more induced believe the same because he was formerly acquainted with the handwriting of the said Wm Gatward and hath seen divers and several writings of his making
