the said Hen Sheldon rejoineth and saith in all things as in his said answer he hath said and avereth everything therein contained to be true in manner and form as in his said answer he hath alleged and prayeth in all things etc says that the said sir Wm Tyler and Wm Tickel or either of them were seised of the premises or any part thereof to the use of the said Robinson or to the performance of any will of the said Robinson or that the same Compton and his wife or either of them should have by the same will the premises or any part thereof for the term of their life with any remainder thereof over to the said complainant or that the said Rich Ratclyff had any knowledge of any feoffment made by the said Robinson or of any use declared in the said will of the same Robinson or that the said Margt and Alice Ratclyff and the said Rich or any of them were seised of the premises to any use expressed in the said will and that the complainant was in possession of the premises by any order of this court or that any such order be or was in this honourable court as in the said replication is untruly alleged and without that that any other thing contained in the said replication material to be rejoined unto etc
