the said defendant avereth and maintaineth his said answer and all and everything therein contained to be good and true in manner and form as the same been therein truly alleged without that that anything in the said replication contained effectual or material to be rejoined unto and herein not sufficiently confessed and avoided denied and traversed is true and therefore this defendant prayeth as in his answer he hath before prayed
