viz the prior and convent of Colne may receive monks from where they choose and they shall not be compelled to receive anyone from Abyndon and such monks of Abyndon as have been sent there may return to Abyndon within three years and the convent of Colne may elect a prior out of their own house but the abbot of Abyndon is to have the right of visitation and for this the priory of Colne quitclaims to the abbey of Abyndon all its right in the church of Kensyngton in the diocese of London by privy se al
