ratification of the estate of Jn Preston in the priory of Colne bestowed on him by Wm Courteney late archbishop of Canterbury when it was void and in his gift by devolution notwithstanding that Hen Colne monk of the same priory had disquieted his possession by divers appeals and other process in the roman court the said Jn has recovered the priory against him by three definitive sentences as appears by papal bulls which he has with him by king on the information of the bishop of Worcester
