Barth Church deceased of Earls Colne cited Jn Church executor of the will to render an account he appeared and said that there were two legal wills and that he was unable to pay the legacies as he was still a minor and therefore not able to pay the accts therefore the judge on his petition dismissed him from the office and ordered that someone of full age should act as administrator
