a negotiation concerning the concession to erect seats or pews in the church of Earls Colne on the behalf of mr Edw Elliston of the same on that day appeared the said Edw Elliston and showed a certificate under the hands of the minister and the churchwardens and the primary parishioners there of the convenience of erecting seats in Earls Colne church for his wife and family and therefore he is given permission to do this 13s4d
