Thos Prior cited Jn Smith of Earls Colne was detected for making hay upon the sabbath in haytime last he said that he was hired by Prior to make hay and set to work as abovesaid Prior said that Smith did make his hay on the sunday but denied that he employed him himself he is dismissed and Smith is cited again
