mr Adams vicar of White Colne to certify under the hands of the wardens what minister he hath provided for the serving of the one of the two cures which on the 2.10.last he confessed that he did serve on 24.11.1589 Wm Lyminge clerk appeared and alleged that mr Adams was very sick at the time that he should have certified the judge of his order and the said Wm doth further alleged that he himself being made deacon by the lord bishop of London on saturday last is upon certificate under mr Adams his due hand licenced to serve at White Colne and by the judge of the court therefore dismissed
