the 2.8.1655 by the judges for probate of wills and granting administrations lawfully authorised administration with the nuncupative annexed was granted to Margt Butcher alias Nevill the natural and lawful sister and universal legatee named in the last will and testament nuncupative of Rich Nevill late of Earls Colne in the county of Essex deceased to administer the goods chattels and debts of the said deceased according to the tenor and effect of the said nuncupative will for that the said Rich Nevell therein named no executors she being by virtue of a commission first sworn truly to administer
