the 21.9.1655 by the judges for probate of wills and the granting of administrations lawfully authorised administration with the will annexed was granted and committed unto Robt Abbutt one of the sons of the deceased and principal legatee named in the said deceased's will to administer all and singular the goods chattels and debts of the said deceased he being first sworn truly to administer the same
