as a codicil to my will within mentioned I further add that my will and meaning is that my executor within named shall and do pay unto my son Jn Smith and my daughter Eliz Smith who are minors lawful interest for their legacies in my said will and in my late husband's will given and bequeathed unto them respectively until they shall severally attain their respective ages of 21yr and my will and meaning further is that in case my said son Jn and my said daughter Eliz or either of them shall happen to depart this life before they shall respectively attain his her or their age or ages of 21yr then I will that the legacy or legacies of him her or them so dying shall be paid to the survivor of them and unto my said sons Gilb Smith and Thos Smith and to my daughter Jane Robinson equally to be divided amongst them share and share alike in witness whereof I have to this codicil set my hand and seal the 23.11.1714 signed sealed and published in the presence of us Jn Sparrow Jn Hutchinson jun S Grimston Eliz Smith
