in the name of god amen I Sarah Brackley of Earls Colne in the county of Essex widow being weak of body but of a sound and perfect mind and memory thanks be to almighty god do make this my last will and testament in manner following first I will that all my just debts that are owing by me to any person or persons whatsoever be well and truly satisfied and paid by my executors hereafter named item I give and bequeath all those my copyhold messuages or tenements commonly called or known by the names of Mordines otherwise Cross End with the appurtenances to the same belonging situate in Earls Colne and now in the tenure or occupation of myself and Sam Hutton unto my nephew Jn the son of Jn Buck of Earls Colne aforesaid weaver and to his heirs and assigns forever item I give and bequeath unto Eliz Arnald daughter of Wm Arnald late of Earls Colne deceased my flock bed and bolster and one feather pillow with one fine Lincolnshire dowlas sheet and one coarse sheet with the quilt and blankets and bedstead and also one warming pan item I give and bequeath all the rest of my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto the said Jn Buck my nephew whom I do nominate and appoint with Jn Buck his father to be executors to this my last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 3.8.1733 signed sealed published and declared by the testatrix and in her presence attested by us Ambr Wright mark Kath Fell (may be Kath Fell) Sam Burton mark Sarah Brackley
