in the name of god amen I Nich Goslin of Earls Colne in the county of Essex yeoman being in good health and of a sound and perfect mind and memory thanks by to god for it this do I make this my last will and testament in manner as following hereby revoking all former wills by me made and as to that worldly estate wherewith it hath pleased god to bless me with I dispose thereof as followeth that is to say first I give and devise unto my sister Ann Goslin the house lying and being in Great Tayne now in the occupation of my brother law (sic) Thos Purkis to her and her heirs forever also I give and bequeath unto my brother Jon Goslin (may be Jon Goslin) 5li of good and lawful money of Great Britain within six months after my decease by my executrix hereafter named also I give and bequeath unto my sister Ann Goslin all the rest of my goods and chattels and personal estate paying off my debts and funeral charges lastly I nominate and appoint the aforesaid Ann Goslen my sister to be my executrix of this my last will and testament in witness whereof I the said Nich Goslen the testator have to this my last will and testament containing in one sheet of paper have set my hand and seal 6.1.1747 signed sealed published and declared by the testator in our presence and in his presence subscribed by us Martha Hudson (sic) mark Mary Turner Jn Hudson (probably the writer) mark Nich Goslin
