Thos Angier alleged that Geo Toller late of Earls Colne many years since whilst living made a will and made Edw Abbott and Jonadab Toller executors and Eliz Angier executrix Edw Abbott and Jonadab Toller renounced the executorship then died and Eliz Toller proved the will and intermeddled with the goods of Geo Toller her late father and afterwards died and he don't know that any part of the goods were left unadministrated by his late wife Rose Harris now a widow Grace the now wife of Jn Hatch and Thomasin the now wife of Jn Bell the daughters of the deceased were residuary legatees named in the will and they have been cited to accept or refuse but not appearing were pronounced in contempt and he Thos is administrator of the goods of Eliz and asks for letters of administration for Geo Toller deceased sworn to the administration
