this will of Dan Newman late of the parish of Earls Colne in the county of Essex deceased was proved on 3.3.1773 before the rev Geo Shepheard clerk surrogate etc. by the oaths of Eliz Newman widow the relict of the said deceased and Jn Bryant the executors to whom administration of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased was granted and committed on 5.3.1773 she being first sworn duly to administer
