in the name of god amen! I Eliz Beauchamp of Earls Colne in the county of Essex widow being weak in body but of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say imprimis whereas Rose Harris late of Earls Colne in the county of Essex widow die and by her last will and testament give and bequeath to me Eliz Beauchamp the sum of 20li which said legacy of 20li to me given by the said Rose Harris I give and bequeath to my sister Hannah Field all the rest and residue of my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind or quality soever the same may be and not herein before given and disposed of (after payment of my debts and funeral expenses) I do give and bequeath to my daughter Eliz Beauchamp and her heirs forever and I do hereby constitute and appoint my sister Hannah Field sole executrix of this my last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 15.2.1786 Eliz Beauchamp signed sealed published and declared by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who at her request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto Ann Death Hen Algar
