proved on the 26.12.1818 before the rev Edw Wm Mathew clerk surrogate etc. by the oath of Chas Townsend one of the executors to whom administration etc. was granted he being first sworn duly to administer power being reserved of making the like grant to Chas Townsend the other executor when he shall lawfully apply for the same
