in the name of god amen I Mary Haycroft of the parish of Earls Colne in the county of Essex widow being sound in mind memory and understanding thanks be to god for it do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following (that is to say) first I give and bequeath unto Jn Pitstow of Earls Colne aforesaid all my household furniture which I may be possessed of at the time of my decease to and for his own use absolutely and for ever all the rest of my estate and effects of what nature kind or quality soever the same may be which I may be possessed of at the time of my decease after payment of my just debts funeral expenses and probate of this my last will and testament I give and bequeath to the same unto the said Jn Pitstow of Earls Colne aforesaid to and for his own use and benefit absolutely and for ever and my will and meaning further is that if the said Jn Pitstow of Earls Colne aforesaid should not be living at the time of my decease then in that case so happening I give and bequeath all my household furniture above mentioned together with the residue of my estate of what kind or quality soever the same may be which I may be possessed of at the time of my decease subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses unto Jn Pitstow of Springfield in the county of Essex miller to and for his own use absolutely and for ever and my will and desire further is that if neither the said Jn Pitstow of Earls Colne aforesaid and the said Jn Pitstow of Springfield aforesaid miller should be living at the time of my decease then in that case so happening I give and bequeath all my household furniture above mentioned together with the residue of my estate and effects of what kind or quality soever the same may be which I may be possessed of at the time of my decease subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses as above mentioned unto the children of the said Jn Pitstow of Springfield aforesaid share and share alike to and for their own use absolutely and for ever and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said Jn Pitstow of Earls Colne Essex aforesaid my sole executor to this my last will and testament and hereby revoking all former will or wills by me at any time heretofore made do declare this to be my last will in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 16.8.1825 Mary Haycroft signed sealed published and declared by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of use who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses Chas Watson of Braintree Isaac Joslin Watson of Earls Colne
