this is the last will and testament of me Abraham Plaistow of Earls Colne Essex in the first place I desire all my just debts funeral expenses and the charge of proving this my will to be paid I then give £5 of lawful money to my brother Isaac Plaistow also £5 to my sister Rebecca Abbot and £5 to my sister Lydia Gazard to my sister Phillis Tyler I give £50 to my brother Mark Plaistow £100 the rest and residue of my property of what kind soever (except £10 which I request my worthy young mistress Mary Gee to accept of) I give unto my brother Jacob Plaistow and in case of his death to be divided (when of age or marriage) amongst his children I appoint my friends Osgood Hanbury and Hen Hanbury my executors 24.1.1832 mark Abraham Plaistow signed sealed and delivered published and declared by the testator Abraham Plaistow as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Priscilla Honeywood Marks Hall Essex Mary Hanbury Hawleigh Suffolk
