Free deed of Earldom - tenement called Hitchcocks - rent 2d1h
Jane Caroline Walker 2.4.1818 - a tenement lying at the east end of the Tavern - holden by free deed, and the annual rent of 2d1h. This has been held by the same parties since Jn Adams in 1733 - The free tenure acknowledged and a relief paid - except in the admission of Walker's trustees 1818 when it seems to have escaped notice. These tenements are now all pulled down - but I do not find any licence entered on the rolls to mr Buxton by whom they were removed
