Agnes Jolley wife of Jn Jolley of Stambourne taken as above who says that she has heard say that one Thos Dooe late of Stambourne was coming from Stock fair upon whitsun monday was twelve months with the said Margery and that "they went into a queach of bushes together and when the said Dooe came out again as this examinant hath heard he came tying his points" which as this examinant says the said Margery did not deny unto her and further says that she heard Jn Stebbing's wife report that she took the said Esdras and Margery unlawfully in her husband's barn as abovesaid
