it appearing to this court upon petition presented by Wm Hutson of Earls Colne that he was pressed as a soldier into the parliament service and at the siege before York was wounded and by reason whereof he is disabled to maintain his wife and children and it is thereupon ordered by this court that 30s be forthwith paid unto the said Wm Hutson by the treasurer for the east division and the court to be no further troubled therein
