upon petition of Sam Tiller of Earls Colne setting forth that he hath served the parliament as a soldier at Newberry Reading and other places and received such wounds therein that he is unable to work for his living and praying relief it is ordered by this court that the treasurer of the east division for charitable uses and maimed soldiers shall do and pay unto the said petitioner Tiller the yearly pension of 20s by quarterly payments to continue during the pleasure of this court and the first payment to begin this present session
