controversy between parishioners of Earls Colne and White Colne touching certain cottages which are questionable in which of the said parishes they are in the inhabitants of both parishes have referred themselves to the award final end determination of sir Jn Bramston knight and Jn Eldred justice of the peace and this to be confirmed in the quarter sessions by writing dated 26.1.1674 agreed between all parties
