whereas an order was made bearing date the 29.5.last under the hands and seals of Ralph Sneyd clerk and Robt Tweed esq two of his majesty's justices of the peace for the said county whereof one is the quorum for the removing of Mary Peartry from the parish of Pebmarsh in this county to the parish of Earls Colne in the said county it appearing unto them that the said Mary Peartry was likely to become chargeable to the said parish of Pebmarsh if not timely prevented and that the place of her last legal settlement was the said parish of Earls Colne and so by them adjudged accordingly now at this general quarter sessions of the peace here holden this day in and for the said county the churchwardens and overseers of the poor of the said parish of Earls Colne appealing by their counsel against the said order of the said two justices and the churchwardens and overseers of the poor of the said parish of Pebmarsh likewise appealing by their counsel and consenting that the said order should be set aside this court doth by consent of counsel on both sides set aside the said order of the said two justices and it is hereby ordered to be set aside accordingly
