Agnes Bonner sister and heir of Wm Bonner holdeth of the lord as of the said manor freely by deed one tenement called with appurtenances in Earls Colne aforesaid by fealty suit of court and by the yearly rent of 8d payable as is aforesaid as appeareth in the first court of this year
