Jn Greene of Halstead and Jn Greene his son do hold by copy to them and their heirs by virtue of the surrender of Thos Felton gentleman one messuage with rentarys and gardens adjoining together situate lying and being in Colne Street late of Wm Bonney alias Brome and 3a of land more or less enclosed lying next or near unto Hynes Land by fealty suit of court and by the yearly rent of 5s6d payable as is aforesaid as appeareth in the court rolls 21Eliz1 and 28Eliz1 the same sometime was of one Robt Greene and the same tenement was sometime two tenements and the same croft was called Burrowes
