mr Nich Ashwell vicar present Hen Morley Wm Peartree campe# there wants a new communion table and a carpet of green or purple cloth a linen tablecloth and two napkins there wants a flagon there wants a common prayer book for the clerk there is no book of homilies nor canons nor table of marriage there wants a new pulpit cushion the windows in the chancel want mending the windows on the north side of the church and the end next the chancel being daubed up must be glazed there is a large chalice and paten of silver there are five bells in good order the minister is admonished to catechise the churchwardens to present those that shall neglect or refuse to send their children to church to be baptised
