neatly thatched shed - centre post - skulls of mithan & goat captured at Pangsha expedition. |

3 lines of basket heads - 1 fragment of skull above 2 wooden carved heads. The goat was put up because they 'happened to get it' - as an extra - it was the mithan head which mattered. The basket heads represent those who went on the raid. The wooden heads are the heads they took (when the skulls themselves have been lost) - the wooden replicas are put up when the shed is repaired ( ie. in the 3rd year, if not earlier) - as part of the repairing ritual - (the wooden heads were put in 1942) - the skull is a Chang one from Yongnyu - 35 years old.) |

Another drum with huge wooden buffalo horns - (next door to the chapel in Chongtore) tied to the centre post. |
