text: S.D.O's no. 1033G dt. 6/11/1935: reports murder of a Yali man by Yacham on British territory. S.D.O. proposed to fine Yacham Rs. 100/- and send 4 Yali men to jail for six months. D.C. said he would try case in Kohima. Subsequently he tried it in Mokokchung and four Yali men got two years R.I. and Yacham fined 3 mithan or Rs. 100/-.
