text: Sir,
text: With due respect & humble submission I beg to inform you that four Gaonburas of Totok Basti have reported to me that they have killed 37 (thirty seven) men of Longme Basti, when these people have gone to catch fish in the water of Totok Basti on 22.12.47. It is also heard that about 40 years of ago, the people of Longme Basti had killed 60 men of Totok Basti for some quarrel. So in order to take revenge against Longme Basti the Totok Basti have done this quarrel recently. I pray therefore to take necessary actions against these two Bastis.
