text: dated Wakching, the 12th November 1947.
text: Sir,
text: I beg to state most humbly and respectfully the following for your kind consideration and favourable orders.
text: (1) The gun obtained from the two Bastis, viz. Chonu and Angpong by Yangang Dobashi, Wakching village is taken to Wakching. Now, Yangang Dobashi is praying for this gun as baksis from the Govt.
text: (2) The three Dobashis viz. Hamne, Yaong and Chingsha are praying the Govt. to allot gun licences for them.
text: (3) The villages of Hongpoi and Wangla bastis, while went to Sibsagar, they are told by the S.D.O., Sibsagar and the Mouzader of Golamath Mouza that they will not henceforth follow the rules & regulations of Naga Hills as the Govt. will be a different one. So it is there option to see the good condition of the Govt. road leading to Mokokchung.
