13/8 NNC Kohima - Kacha Nagas declared the Merhema khel of Khonoma independence - Kevichusa has resigned as SDC - all the rest stick to the Mokokchung resolution - 10 years interim period - wires sent to Shillong - H.E.

Angami (Khonoma group) and Kacha Nagas then left for Shillong - other Nagas wired that H.E. agreement still stood.
