text: 'The drum is first because it is made first, the 'sacred place' is second because it is made second. The gate is third because it serves them both. It is through the gate that the warrior brings his heads and the rich man brings his gain. The drum looks chiefly to heads but it also sees to the crops, to health, and fishing. The sacred place looks only to the crops'.
text: Chuba (Chongtore)
text: The sacred place, as it were, supplements the drum. A specialised assistant.
