Konyaks. Grouping of villages into those who face-tattoo round the eyes and those who don't. (See Xoph's paper on The Morung System). This corresponds also with Ang status. 'The great Angs can tattoo their faces and take many wives. Our side we cannot tattoo the face and an Ang has only one wife'. Gaonbura of Kongon.
