text: ...The Sangtams have always been bullied by their neighbours (especially the Semas) and now want to unite. Would you see if you can work out any concrete scheme. As nearly all the Sangtams are in the tribal area (even those to which "administration" has been extended ) the scheme can come to me through Pawsey and I'll see what can be done.
