text: | Sema - girls and women - the bead over-skirt bought from Khonoma traders who buy the beads in Calcutta - worn by being pulled on over the head and down the torso and over the hips - they then catch on the buttocks - to take off the girl works them down over her bottom and then steps out of them. Stresses the round curves, the median line and even hints at the groin. |
