text: Many days have passed since our meeting at Chani-Ali Dak Bungalow. Obviously enough, I could not write earlier and for which I regret deeply.
text: I believe, by now, you are getting more and more acquainted with the pulse and character of the local people and like them. Please do not be foreign to them.
text: Naga Hills is awake today from her long slumber. She has experiences the past and now determined to go ahead. It is the time when does she require Officers who understand them and their want. I am confident she will find the type in you.
