text: Rani Guidollo's request to Premier, Gauhati Feb. 11.
text: It is reported that Rani Gaidollo of the Naga Hills has requested Assam's Premier, Mr Gopinath Bardoloi, the Maharaja of Manipur and Pandit Jawahalal Nehru to arrange for re-naming of the hundred mile-long Manipur Road connecting Assam Valley with Burma, via Dimapur, Kohima, Imphal, Tamu and Pallel as 'Netaji High-way' to commemorate the chivalry of the Azad Hind Fouz who 'planted the flag of freedom at Kohima under the stewardship of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose' (U.P.)
