text: | The talk of the interpreters droned on incessantly outside. I heard one pouring out his complaints about the Ao domination in Bill's office. The head clerk was formerly an Angami. 'Then Aos and Semas were treated alike.' But now he is an Ao and 'Everything Sema is too much trouble.' 'Come back next week' he says, 'Wait for two days.' Even now he has not paid us our money. But to Aos he is all smiles.' |
