text: After about four miles we came to Jotsoma, a village of the Western Angami which has a few tin roofs but also some good stone buildings. The houses, however, are rather small and one does not find good carvings on them. Almost all adults were in the fields and only a few small children enlivened the village which stands on a steeply rising hill
