text: As promised in the morning I visited Metlo in his house. He made a much better impression than yesterday. The Neokratin had allowed him to sleep through the night, the first time in a long time indeed. Again I cleaned the sore and put on a new bandage but I told him to go and see the doctor in the afternoon. However he did not go. My endeavours immediately were rewarded.
