text: The people of the Yan-lem morung are buried in wooden coffins. The coffins of the Ang clan are decorated with five (at the head end) and four (at the feet) hornbill heads. Those of the two Ben clans have three and two heads. The Yan-hai people are buried in coffins (or rather stretchers) of bamboo. The skulls of the dead from the Ang clan are finally put in stone boxes while those of the Ben clans are deposited in earthen pots. Four times a year the skulls are taken out of their containers and are fed. This happens for the Ou-ling-bu, Ling-ha, Pong-long-pong and Ou-nie-bu.
