text: I slept better in my airy home than I had anticipated, although it was sad to hear the rain dripping on my palm roof. When I got up at six o'clock the weather was not much better than yesterday and all day long there was not a single ray of sunshine but several light showers. After breakfast I went out to investigate on my own.
