text: (18) Then we drink madhu in the house of a gaonbura. He is well acqainted with Chingmak who is still with us as in his youth he stayed in Chingmei for a long time. Many Chingmei men marry women from Yukao and Panso and numerous Kalyo Kengyu live in Chingmei. Nevertheless Chingmei and Panso are almost constantly at war and every Chang who comes to Panso is risking his life. The skull tree of Yukao is an erythrina and the heads hanging from it are like the ones we had seen in Yimpang, decorated with large wooden horns
