text: A day of rest filled up with letter writing and repacking with little happening. I visited Nakhu in his house and had quite an interesting conversation about the Chang concepts of life after death. Major Williams already started this morning. Mills is leaving Mokokchung tomorrow. He seems melancholy to leave for good this place where he has worked for so long, for in March he is starting in a new position in Shillong.
